Replying to Boot Footbed question
Hi,
So, i have new boots (from a boot fitter) and have a slight issue but want advice.
When i put them on say at home with my footbed in feels quite good as i would expect. Problem is i have used them 5 times now but after say 2 hours there is pressure on the top of my toes and it feels like its cutting circulation off a bit.
So, on each occasion i have whipped my footbed out and just skied in the standard intuition liner, which is all good to cruise around in but no where near as supportive/i get a bit of toe bang which is lame.
i feel like with my footbed in i need like and extra 2mm in that tiny spot, which is next to nothing. Is it just a waiting game till the liner naturally compresses or is there a way anyone would suggest to compress the liner a bit?
Or another idea i thought would be to shave a small amount off the bottom of the footbed.
I know everyone loves to get in on a boot question so hit me with it. And yes if the answer is go back to the bootfitter i will just wanted to hear ideas so i have some background info.
