Op if you are serious my buddy brews it all the time and drinks it like every day. He's been doing it for like a decade.
He also uses telemark bindings. I'm not sure if there is any connection between these behaviors or not.

Do you skip the juice? After its brewed I do about 30/70 juice ratio for another few days offermentation

You add the strawberries into the tea, and.... to be honest, don’t remember. I used to brew it quite often but now we’ve stopped, so I’ve kind of forgotten. Sorry dude. Google it.

Yeah so it goes like this:

Big pot of boiling water, 8 packets of tea, pound of sugar. Boil and let cool. Add the scoby (activator kinda like yeast) and let it ferment for 10 days.

Then you bottle it up and add all the extra stuff.

Thank you for refreshing my memory! Yeah, after you boil it and let it cool, I remember pouring it into several jars and adding strawberries. You let them sit for a bit. Then, I pour the tea mix into a large container (containing the scoby), leaving the strawberries in the jars.
