Worst Before Skiing Food?

What's the worst thing you've eaten before skiing?

Mine would have to be the day I ate cold salmon and half a baked potato and some vegetables from the night before because no fast food was open, room had no microwave, and I was trying to get first chair on a pow day. The fish juices overnight had been sucked into the potato and veggies and essentially made them taste and smell fishy. Worst breakfast ever. Gagged a few times, but it was worth it (go ahead. ..... Say it).

Honestly, it's not eating that ends up being the worst. Low energy, no focus, can barely move or be flexible. I'd rather eat super heavy food than nothing.

I'll agree to this one, snowbird closing day I went up with two 9% double IPAs and a 375 of jim bean. I started drinking after a powder run to start the day on high baldy and had finished the Jim bean with a little help before hitting the wave in the afternoon. Crashed on the upward section of the inrun the first time, and it took until 6 until I was sober enough to drive.

Red bull is a good choice if you have already taken a shit, if I left early and had a red bull with say a pop tart, bagel etc without going to the bathroom before I'd have such shitty stomach aches and ski terribly.
