I absolutely love mine. They’re tons of fun to ski. Super pivoty, easy to scrub speed. Fairly stiff for full rocker so a good back bone. Really good edge hold and quick edge to edge. Obviously with the rocker profile they don’t have tons of rebound energy so they’re not popping you out of a turn into your next. Underfoot is stiff so super supportive on landings. -5 mount doesn’t feel super rearward at all. They’re decent in crud and chop. Not the best but by no means the worst either. They’re really playful and maneuverable. A lot of fun in tight places and trees.
Personally for me they’re one of my cold dead hand skis. Never leaving the quiver. Having both the meridian and the wc 108 I’d choose the meridian over the wc if I had to choose one. Especially considering your quiver having the 101 already.
I will say the major con is in extremely firm or iced over conditions. They are not fun at all. Manageable but not fun. Very clench your butthole and pray for the best moments. The flat bases just get super squirrelly and want to track all over the place. You really have to be on your game if you hit ice but that’s the negative to full rocker. Outside of those conditions they’re tons of fun.
