Newschoolers Fantasy Football Money League V.7

Football season is right around the corner and there is nothing better than some good ol newschoolers fantasy football. TheBearJew is stepping down from commissioner and I will be taking over for the season. The league will be a $25 dollar buy in, same rules as last year. 12 man league, snake draft, half point (0.5) PPR. For payment, we take PayPal, Venmo or Cash App.

Here is the list of participants from last year who have priority to return for this upcoming season. If there is an opening we will select from the waitlist to fill those vacancies. So if you are trying to get in on the fun make sure you post in the thread and remember it's first come first serve.

dang, after my 0-7 start i couldn't quite turn it around to make the playoffs. if i could have beat beefcurtainexpert in week 11 it could have happened. happy to not finish dead last in the regular season at least.

I know the struggle... In my other league, I was 0-6 and have been rallying back from it but just couldn't completely make up for it.

Seahawks can run the ball again, the Pete Carrol defensive stalemate approach to football is back after 2 years of Russell Wilson running for his life leading the team in rushing and forcing passes. But also Doug Baldwin has been hurt and the Seahawks have Lockett and Moore that are both doing awesome this year.

Wow unreal. Went into today convinced I’d be playing for 3rd. No way I thought Brees would put up less than 10...Honestly man hats off, never thought it would end this way , what a weird, back and forth match

Yeah I'm bummed, for sure thought I was in, but I'm in the finals of two other leagues so that's nice too and didn't get last because of brees in another league 😂

Yeah this league is my silver lining. Missed playoffs by 1 game in another and was out early in my third. Would be really cool if I went back to back in this league. Gang Gang has a decent squad so we’ll see, though Imlachs team scared me a little more.

Whoa. Something weird happened over the night with the scoring and stat corrections. When I woke up early this morning Eheath was in the championship and the scores from this past week were all messed up. I thought this would have something to do with the Zeke stat correction. Now it's back to where Eheath didn't make the championship.

Eheath if you can screenshot the DM I sent you, you should be able to see.

I'd go for Mike Williams or try to get one of the other NE WRs (Patterson, Dorsett, Hogan).

Pettis probably over any shit at NE, williams is a boom bust. Anderson is a guaranteed 5+ catches and at least 60 yards plus a good chance at a TD against a greenbay team that is basically giving up.

Im mostly looking at williams and anderson. Anderson has the better matchup, williams becomes more appealing if allen sits. Both are boom/bust but thats not much different than gordon was. Not really interested in the other NE receivers

So far ive picked up williams, and then dropped williams for anderson lol.
