Replying to Waterproof ski flannels
So I love to ski in tall wool flannels, they look so steezy, and they are so versatile, they make as good of a mid layer as they do an outer layer. But they have one major flaw: they aren't waterproof, I've tried a few different methods of waterproofing, the most promising method was sewing a thin waterproof but breathable lining to the inside of the flannel, sure the outside fabric might get wet, but its wool, and keeps you nearly as warm when it's wet as it does dry, I've been thinking about making my own waterproof flannels made specifically for skiing/snowboarding with sport specific features like a few extra pockets, and maybe a pow skirt eventually; and selling them, what I want to know is if you guys have any interest in a product like this? Also if you guys have any ideas for features that would make them even more practical for winter sports, please let me know. I'm very serious about this, and I will aim to make them extremely durable and high quality. Thanks ahead of time guys 😀 (we can use emojis now sweet)
