I had a really hard day. I had one hour of morning running then intensive exercises and butt injections procedures in one cosmetology clinic. Last month I set a goal to lose weight (yeah I am fat). I this summer is a perfect period as you have a possibility to eat more fresh fruits and veggies. It will be hard but I am ready for this challenge.
