Replying to Help me pick my next camera

Need help - I'm currently shooting with a 6D and thinking of making a switch to something better for what I'm doing now.
I use it for:
- Commercial Videography
- Commercial Photography
- Lifestyle video
- Sports photography

I'm looking to sell the 6D I have and get something thats a little better video wise. (1080 at 30fps isn't cutting it for the video jobs I'm getting)
Im looking into sony, either an a6500 or lower end full frame (budget isnt big right now) but I'm worried I'm going to lose the low light autofocus performance I had with the DSLR.

Does anyone have experience shooting sports in lower light (gymnasiums, hockey rinks, etc.) with any of the sony's?
Any ideas on other optins?
