IPad pro

So I’m buying an iPad Pro before I go back to school this fall. I made bank this summer interning for a pretty awesome company and while I saved most of what I made to offset my college costs I’m buying an iPad for mobile photo editing and note taking. Does anyone out there have any experience using these iPads for that purpose? What apps do you use?

Why a tablet? Why an Ipad? Youre limiting yourself by using that platform. In both hardware and software.

Get a kickass keyboard and you can carry that everywhere every day. A laptop is a little bit heavy to carry every day. The pro comes with the new apple pen so that could be usefull

I'm not going to say dont buy it cuz you're dead set on buying one but I feel like for the money a laptop would be better. I had an older version of an iPad and it was cool but I ended up using my computer for everything. That being said I havnt been on the new ones. Maybe they're sick and I'm just a grumpy old dude.

I guess I'm oldschool but I hate using an iPad or my laptop in college. I prefer good old fashion notes. Using a computer gives me far too many opportunities to not pay attention. Also if you go tablet I'm pretty sure you can get better ones than an iPad though. Arent surface pretty good?

I am a professional developer who uses a macbook pro, but I want to throw this fuckin thing out the window for my 10.5 in ipad pro w/ apple pencil. that thing makes me straight money.
