ON3P Magus 102 (2019)
Would you choose factory topsheet+base, Ehski, or grizzlycorn?
If uve skied in one of those how was it, and how's the flex?

personally i'd go with the factory topsheet because its not bad looking and youre not paying more money ski is surprisingly stiff based on comments I heard I was expecting a line blend like ski however its a much more armada ar series flex which really allows you to open it up all over the mountain. Also just because they arent noodles does not mean they arent buttery which these ski very much are

With the factory topsheet the things are like wet blankets, not fun at all.
The grizzlycorn topsheet really improves the way it skis and makes it the best ski ever.

So OP do you want a shit ski or a good ski?

I think it really depends on how you're defining all mountain if you're charging hard throwing absolutely massive shit I'd go with the kartel they just really seemed like a solid fast ski the magnus however still can go fast its just more suited for treating the entire mountain like a park whether thats buttering shit or jibbin around

One of the most important things to keep in mind is that the Magnus 102 comes with ON3P's Park Detune. If you're hitting a lot of rails, that detune is amazing and, IMO, is what park skiers should look to as a baseline for detunes. But I'd expect a drop in edgehold compared to the Kartel 96, which doesn't come with as aggressive of a detune. The Kartel 96 is also a bit more all-mountain-oriented with an ever-so-slightly less symmetrical shape and a slightly further back recommended mount point. If you spend significantly more time skiing park than around the mountain, I'd say go Magnus. But if you split your time 50/50 or more in the direction of all-mountain, the Kartel 96 probably makes more sense and will still do well in the park.
