Re mounting ski bindings.

Hi just wanted to know if the volkl revolt 87 can be remounted in the negatives since the standard is center mounted on them. Would it affect how the ski works or can it not be done at all because there not built for that. Cheers

Ive never had centre stance on skis but i ride park a fair bit but also like skiing the whole mountain. Im not sure how it would affect just normal skiing being centre stance or is there not much difference in the feel of it.

This ski is 100% symmetrical so mounting it in the negatives will affect performance. Im pretty sure.

OP, i have 3 pairs of symetrical skis. 2 of them are mounted at -1. you will be just fine.

however, if you dont NEED to remount them, i wouldnt mess with them. as mentioned above, a -1cm mount is almost negligible on the way it will ski, but you can tell a very minor difference in feel.

you can do it and it wont have a great effect, its unnecessary though
