There really isn't anything else you can do besides practice. What helped me a ton was sessions on a rail with roller blades over the summer. I told myself I can do it on Rollerblades so it really took the fear on the approach. You might think you know how to do it, but once the muscle memory kicks in you don't always do what you thought you would. You just need to smash your hip enough that you learn not to lean back.
