Worst park you have ever skied

im really bored right now so I made this forum and I’m also pretty curious about this so I don’t go to a mountain with terrible parks

I skied in a park that looks like this


It had a mellow hill just like in this picture. It snowed about 2 inches so we set up a nice flat rail. Fun times were had. 7/10 might reccomend

Nemacolin woodlands, PA. South of PGH. Their “park” is a beat up flat box and a corrugated tube that’s just lying in the snow, not even in the snow lol

you know when a park has more PVC tubes spray painted black than rails its going to be a good time

one of my favorite places that now got shut down was pando ski area, they had the worst parks but it was so fun and old timey( only towropes)

they build a halfpipe by digging a channel in the ground - those aren't mounds of snow- thats dirt covered with a bit of snow

Cant argue with that but wisp will still always have a special place in my heart. Also the few features they have are pretty well maintained so thats nice

They tried to build some sort of slope style course on some random blue run. All the rails were covered in ice and the only jump they built was suicidal.

Wachusett in MA went through some really sketchy years, but from what I've heard they have improved in the last 5-6 years

The year was 1989, the mountain, Donner Ski ranch. wouldn't let skiers into the trick ditch...... Jerks.

Any pipe I've ever seen has been dug into the ground tbh, unless it was a mini pipe.

The park at Bigrock in Maine was pretty hurtin'. The feet of the rails weren't all dug in, nothing was shaped, just basically frozen piles of snow in front of the rails. The rails were crazy sticky too. They have a niiiice C rail though if it was well set up. I love Bigrock though. Tree skiing there is great.

the park at Sunshine Village back in the day was stupid. they built huge jumps with tiny landings, so you almost couldn't help overshooting to flat. i think i bitched about it on here enough to get it fixed though lol
