aight boys, people who have worked jobs, how would you rather work your shifts? Full day shifts for full days off? Or half day shifts for less full days off but half days for riding?

I have only met two people that did not like their 10s. One had their shift start at 4pm. The other had to work 5 days a week

Ummmm to be a full adult you need a full job. 5, 10hr days then whatever the company needs after that. Bills suck but not being able to pay them sucks more.

For sure. Honestly id rather work 5 10s even but sometimes hard to get much past 40. I get more accomplished and Im already working, why not slam out a couple more hours.

I guess it depends on the job and the person.

4 on 4 off....best shift ever. Fuck that part time shit. Another one is 8 on 6 off.

The most I am allowed to work is a 9/80 shift. You work 9 hour shifts and have every other Friday off. Kind of stupid most of the time but man that long weekend is nice when it comes around.

5 days 8 hours are the best for me. I’ve worked 3/4 day 12 hour shifts and they kinda sucked

One of my favorite jobs was 5 days 12:30-12:30 and everyone had a different weekend mine was wed/thurs. thats 60 hrs a week $$$ (Weather permitting) My ideal schedule would be 4 days 10-12hr shifts with 3 days off. I work as much as physically possible from the end of ski season till about midway through january or whenever snowmaking is done, then i take the rest of the winter off.

All about working 7am-3pm. I am a later sleeper but those 2 extra hours of sleep until 830/845 aren't worth I need to sleep until 10 or 11 to enjoy it. Great feeling when noon rolls around and you know your going home in 3 hours.

Go home early on Fridays if you end up staying after 3 a day or two.
