Armada arv 96 2019 or Candide 2.0 2018

I’m looking for some park all mountain skis and wondering which ones are better. I’m 5 11 138lbs and want to also be able butter. If y’all have any size, ski and setup recommendations slide them here.

I ski all mountain park. I ski north west at big white and I’ve never had a true park ski but a all mountain 100 wide ski. I can do almost jumps and drops and rails.

How much do you have to spend? If you want arv 96s just get 2018s because they are around 350. That's what I did

I have a decent amount but I’m Canadian so I’m not sure how our prices compare but usd I’ll spend about $500 only on skis no bindings.

I got arvs for next year and they seem sick. The reason I got them is because they are at a pretty good price right now and a real good all mountain ski. I do hower ski the east coast so I don't really ski powder. If you're going to use them to ski powder I would get a slightly wider ski

A little fatter but the candide 3.0 might be a better option if you are doing 50/50 Park all mountain Not sure how great the 2.0 is for all Mtn. If you are doing more park my rec is arc 96 moment pbj or ON3P Kartel

Imma just say what others have said, on3p kartels (96,98,108) If your budget allows, but being Canadian they are mad pricey up here.

Seems like general opinion is going towards the ARV but for what it's worth I'd go for the CT 2. I've skied on both, and they are both super fun, but I found the 2.0 is awesome for all mountain, skis well and fast on piste, moguls, chop and pow up to about a foot but still found it pretty playful and great for ollies etc. The ARV was alot of fun too just found it less stable in different conditions. Admittedly didn't ski park on it so it may well be a better choice for park

only thing that's held me back from trying the 2.0s is that theyre symmetrical. symmetrical side cut doesnt help shit for an all mtn ski, it's only arguably better for park ratting
