I don't think i am going to watch them, but my cousin, aunt, uncle, (pretty much one entire side of the familys band) were nominated for best polka album. i really hate polkas but its kinda cool, i guess

grammy's are the most bullshit set of awards ever, what a complete waste of time...they have nothing to do with quality music. if zeppelin and the who never one a grammy then how in the hell is norah jones gonna get one. useless.

yeah they're pointless. at least with the oscars the people nominated for the most part deserve it because of good work, but the grammy's just give awards to whoever the hot artist of the moment is. it has nothing to do with quality. and that opening performance was retarded, why throw 5 completely different songs together.

I didn't watch. What's this about Zeppelin and Janis? Were they up for lifetime acheivement awards or something?

And someone PLEASE tell me. What's the big deal about Kanye? I personally think he sucks. Also, how can you like such mainstream music like Green Day? They have no talent. I will argue this to the death too.
