Black Panther was OK, he gets challenged by his cousin-ish for the throne, gets defeated but comes back and wins in a massive war. The Soul Stone is actually on another planet entirely. Thanos kills Gamorra (the only thing he loves) in exchange for the stone, per instructions by Red Skull. Thanos gets all the stones and flicks half of life into dust including Spiderman, Black Panther, all of the Guardians aside from Rocket, Nick Fury and a bunch of others. They're all dead. Only the original Avengers are left. Ant-Man and Hawkboy do not make an appearance.
