Overdoing Everything?

Anyone else tend to overdo things? My two most recent examples are fucking me hard in the ass.

1) Decided to go on a short-medium bike ride on a mostly flat paved path this weekend.... On my mountain bike so max speed and drag are issues... I started on this path that's 25 miles long and justttttt haaad to see the whole thing, so I decided to go the entire way. Well I had to take the whole way back and ended up doing 50 miles. Not a big deal for a road bike, but sucks major burbage on a mountain bike.

2) Decided to go on a moderate hike yesterday on decently hilly terrain. Ended up hiking 15 miles. Not in great shape yet either. The end of that sucked too.

We get it, you got a strong work ethic. Personally I tend to go overboard when i eat pussy. In fact my doc has had to remove multiple hairballs from my throat. I also tend to spend an hour or two on the crapper. Anybody else doing dope shit they feel like sharing???

i dont think ive taken a shit for less than 30 mins in a few years. but. i too take it too far when i eat pussy. sometimes ill kinda forget what im doing and just rest my chin and nose in there. kinda like a snorkel.

I can relate. It also goes in hand with being perpetually late. Getting caught up in the moment isn't the worst quality to have i guess...

Last year a friend asked me if I wanted to do bierstadt - sawtooth - evans and I said sure even though the only workout I was doing was skiing twice a week. It took 12 hours and all I had to eat was 1 GU and a bag of Doritos. Those willows are killer in late May.

12 miles total, sawtooth was a lot of fun. The 2 miles of heavy overgrowth marsh (willows) was terrible, got off trail and bushwhacked the whole thing.
