Committing to tricks

Been struggling to fully commit to more advanced tricks such as 450s on, switch unat 720s. Any tips on how you commit to learning new challenging tricks?

know that you can do the trick one below it e.g. sw unnatty 540, 2 on, and huck it. maybe get some friends to hype you up.

Spend some time visualizing them, do tricks to work up to them. Like for the 450 do some unnatural 2s on so you have the feeling of spinning and landing with your opp foot forward. Also a weird thing for getting the feel of adding an extra 180 to a trick is to only grab when you finish the rotation. For instance, do a switch unnat 5, and grab mute when you finish the rotation before you land. I find that helps dial in the timing you need for that extra 180, and has you spot the landing at the same time you would if you were to keep the rotation going.

Visualize it before sending it. Have the whole thing rehearsed in your head before going for it.

High key you physically know you got these tricks, and when I learned 450 on I just spun a five off the lip and spotted at 450 cant speak for sw unnat 7 cuase I suck at jumps but if you got sw nat 7 and sw unnat 5 then you should be gucci

Sometimes taking a lap to regroup and flow. You just gotta send it sometimes. Its a mix of head games and muscle memory.

Grab some friends, crank the music, maybe a beer or some puffs if yur into that. Hiking with friends always gets me in the zone. Sometimes a hard fall even can be food. It just pisses tou off and makes you want to stomp it.

And ultimately realizing that sometimes it's way safer to just do the trick and stomp it than eat shit 20 times half commiting. Just fucking send it son.
