Gay Panic Defense

Well that's not something you hear everyday.

What is it you may ask? In simple terms it is a legal defense in many states that attempts to justify killing someone because their homosexual advances put you into a temporary state of insanity that led to the murder.

I'm posting this cuz I just read an article about a dude in Texas who recently got off with 6 months jail and probation for murder with this defense. What in the actual fuck....

Sarcasm meter. People post things like "omg 2018 something something being gay doesn't matter. Stop making a big deal out of it". Then you see lovely stories like this in the news.
