Hey Guys, I had ACL and meniscus surgery back in December and am currently doing all the rehab that i can to get ready for some summer skiing. i was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of knee braces to look into. Past experience with the product would be very helpful to know about.
Cheers

Got a few mates who have fucked their knees, neither have had surgery but continue to ski with motorbike knee braces. They are pretty beefy but do the job better than the standard brace

Go with what your surgeon recommends. More and more often people are told to go without a brace and there is good reason for that. Rather than externally supporting the knee and allowing the muscles to be weaker it makes more sense for you to continually strengthen the supporting muscle. Even during activity, once you are cleared to participate.
