Replying to Touring/big mountain ski

Pretty content on Volkl as I trait and love their gear. Looking at getting a day touring set up so marker baron wide frame bindings and volkl bash 115 or revolt 125? Opinions on the skis from buyers please. I feel 125 would be a tad wide and heavy for day touring and hiking ridges so the 115 would be slightly easier to mounouver. I am also pretty short at only 5ft 8 so might 125 be unnecessarily wide? Thought and general touring gear talk is appreciated. Recommendations on cut to size skins too please
