IsitWinterYet17If you have a habit of fucking up your ankles on tramps, then go for it. Wear a stiff brace. Not one of those foam ones.
I will add that wearing braces for the rest of your athletic career is frowned upon and weakens the muscles that support your ankles cuz you never use them. Work on ankle strengthening exercises as well as stretches for the muscles on either side of your calf. Really helps. There's plenty of stretches and strength exercises out there. Just Google exercises and stretches.
