Replying to Injury or nah, fixes?
Hey so I’ll try and keep this short. My first ski season ended and I’m experiencing a problem with pains in my shins. I rode park hard for 15-20 hours a week and progressed a lot, but everyday when I’d peel away my boots I’d be left with either bruises or pain behind the tongue of my boot, now come to spring and summer I got into running again and I’m experiencing the same pains at around 4km I did after skiing. Any ideas what it might be? Get new boots, skiing wrong, not positive, but if you got any ideas let me know.
