If I'm inbound I usually only take my phone with earphones, wallet, car key, chapstick. Sometimes a granola bar or two.

Everyone bringing Kleenex needs to learn the joy that is a quality cotton handkerchief. They don't disintegrate in a storm and have enough absorption to last you all day, they are also softer than tissues. Get 7 so you have one for each day of the week and then you can just toss them in the laundry and they smell flowery fresh next time you use them. Better for the environment too. It's worth it to get some nice ones. My set of 7 is going strong after 3 seasons of use.
