got just the shell (no tongue). The liner in them works but is super packed out, would potentially work for you based on your foot. only like 3 days on the shells though. 28.5 shell size shipping included in price

depends. FT doesn't make a 28 mondo size boot, and it would depend on if your current boots run smaller or larger than FT in general. I would suggest getting new liners.
