Whats worth hitting right now?

So my homie and I are driving across country to Hood, but we want to hit some spots along the way, right now the only definite stop is brighton, cuz we worked out that we can get there right before closing day. Is there anything in the utah, colorado, arizona, new mexico, area thats still open/will be worth hitting in a week or so? We’re also going to be driving up Cali, did Mammoth have a good season this year? Any spots or advice would be awesome! Let me know your ideal end of season road trip so I can take it :p

Breck was pretty fun today. I was mostly doing hike laps on E chair, but I went into the park a few times and the jumps were skiing well. Unfortunately they are shutting everything down except for park and lower-mountain groomers after today, but it should still be a good time if you come before they close completely.

From Breck's website:

APR 9 - The Overlook restaurant on Peak 9 closes, A & C chairs stop operation for the 2017/18 season.
APR 15 - the final day of operation for the Kensho & Zendo Chairs (Peak 6), Independence Chair (Peak 7), Beaver Run, Mercury and E Chair (Peak 9) and the Falcon Chair (Peak 10). All dining outlets on these peaks will also be closed.
APR 16-22 - The final week of the season there will only be terrain on Peak 8 & 9 available for skiing and snowboarding
APR 22 - Breck Closing Day


I guess that means Imperial and T-Bar are still open. Both A-Basin and Breck will probably become small cities this weekend.

they usually dont open till end of may. I would imagine the pass is gonna be buried for quite some time. sick spot tho

This. Also have never been there, but it's a go to for late spring. Either that, or:

BC. I know it's very far out of the way and in a different country, but winter is refusing to let up in the Kootenays right now. Probably totally unrealistic because all the ski hills are closed so it's all ski touring/sled skiing in these parts but if you have touring gear and a passport it might be worth it to come up here. My truck and sled are both in the shop right now and I gotta go to the dealership tomorrow so I'm in the party loop atm (hence why I'm posting on NS at 2 am right now) but in the Nelson area the freezing level is holding at 1500M and relentlessly snowing in the hills (majority of skiing zones sit at 1700M-2400M) . 30cm overnight tonight, with over 1M or so of snow has fallen at treeline in the past two weeks.

As others have already said Squaw, it was good last weekend. Still mostly open and they got some fresh Sunday night. It was full springtime slurpee t shirt skiing last weekend but they're hoping to make it to Memorial Day.
