kingsskierI utilized my chart seeing support at 3.25. It dropped to that, tested it a few times as I got in. I saw resistance at 3.50, then again around 3.70/3.75. I sold at 3.72 for a 14.4% gain. So, my long holds are down a ton, but I utilized this volatility to my advantage and cut some of that red out.
Here is my chart going into today. I dont care if you belive that I made these trend lines ahead of time. I do have a small amount of proof in my post yesterday saying I see the support at 3.25.
IsitWinterYet17Yeah you did call it. Almost there. So would you wait until $3.25 to add more?
IsitWinterYet17Not trying to turn this into a penny stock thread but check out Trevena. They currently have a NDA pending for their novel IV opiate analgesic oliceridine. A decision is supposed to be by 11/2/18. It is statistically significant in efficacy vs placebo. It's being billed as non-inferior in efficacy to morphine with a wider therapeutic window (aka easier and safer to dose before side effects become an issue). They've already entered into license agreements for the product royalties in China and South Korea. While their revenue is still negative, it has been slowly approaching profitability over the last few years.
Not sure why this stock is still so low. I don't see a reason why it would be rejected. Morphine is used like water in hospitals, so the only obstacle to potential revenue I can see is if they price it so high that the cost-benefit isn't worthwhile. Price targets have it going huge over next 12 months.

kingsskierIt's been a rough couple weeks with GERN, but it's up over $4.10 again. Lots of money made on the way. Still holding 10k shares with a 3.50 average. Hell yeah

blankfaceDang youre in deeep. Still waiting for double digits to exit? I took a small position at 3.75 a couple weeks ago when you called it out so thanks, patience pays off.
TRXC been giving me healthy gains and I anticipate it to continue up despite the dip today. Eyes on HMNY as well.
IsitWinterYet17Gern is on fire. Kinda want to buy more but don't wanna get fucked with a high average if this drops mid summer when no news until fall. Thoughts?
kingsskierYeah Im holding out for that BIG win. I made enough day trading it to almost cover the cost of all the shares Im holding. So, its basically a free gamble.
They are presenting at the European Hematology Association Congress in Sweden June 17th. My thought is, they would not go there to present with bad news or if they knew things were going poorly. I dont think it will be any new data, just re-analyzed data from the extended trial earlier this year. Also, Janssen is a lead sponsor at the conference. I would also assume they would not being letting Geron talk if their drug was not moving further.
I have been paying attention to HMNY as well. ZSAN has potential just like GERN. Mostly, I have been day trading a lot more lately and not so much swing or holding for extended periods of time (minus GERN).
Bakerpow, it was hard for me to hold on when we hit 3.22 and I was thousands in the red.
killabeesfuck this nonsense. check out r/wallstreetbets
kingsskierPosting this because Im still holding and this is a tedious baby.i sold that shizz and put in more with SQ and AMD! Stoked
GERN is presenting an abstract this weekend at the EHA. Daily chart broke the first trend to slow the decent. Broke the second trend today and Stochastics are very low indicating over bought. All signs on the day chart point to an increase into the weekend. But, no one is expecting too much news at the EHA so I wouldnt bet the farm on it. I make all trades based on chart indications and this is looking good to me. I think we may see a short squeeze here.

mtbakerpowI’ve doubled my money with AMD in less than 4 months! And it sounds like they have the production edge over intel for some time!im thinking new Ducati panigale is in order!
kingsskierHas anyone else been having slow transactions on TD recently? I had them all the time on Robinhood but TD is always instant when I market buy or sell (I only trade high volume stocks). Example, I was shorting GKOS average low $64s. I market covered (on my laptop) all 500 shares at $61.20ish. It did not trigger until 1.5 minutes later and it had gone up almost a dollar to $62.12. I still made money but lost out on nearly $500 due to a slow transaction. It has 7.6 million shares sold mid day, so volume was there to cover. Internet speed was not an issue, Im LAN lined. I have had this happen 5 or 6 times in the last week. Anyone else having this issue?
GrandThingsHavent experienced any issue like this, but feels quite odd. Have you tried contacting TD?
IsitWinterYet17That sucks but no I can't say I have had issues at either. What's your internet speed (direct connection is irrelevant to this question)? Perhaps in the high volume day, you got overpowered by institutions and large funds who have faster connections. Spectrum has pretty much taken over many households and their base speed is 100mbps (I usually get a little more). My workplace usually rocks well over 300mbps.

kingsskierI hope someone was holding TLRY long for the last month. I told myself to after the Canadian vote to legalize weed, but I only day traded it some.
Also, I made 21% ROI (5.55% account growth) yesterday on daytrading TSLA put options. All in about 3 minutes after the criminal probe news tanked it. Im happy about that.
IsitWinterYet17I remember when it came out, I thought it wasn't gonna be anything special. Oh was I wrong. Honestly at its levels right now, it's outrageous and bound for a huge drop. However I wouldn't be surprised if it jumps a bit more before falling
kingsskierTLRY is the most ridiculous stock I have ever seen. That company went from being worth $20B to $30B to $15B in minutes.
ChillTeenDad420stocks are fine but crypto is way more fun if you arent rich... 10k minimum account balance to daytrade stocks is some bullshit. plus its mad easy to do degenerate margin trades with small balances
