Help with flat take-off backies

Been hucking myself of a few cornices lately, but i can't seem to ever land i always over rotate. Got a wee video attached that shows pretty much what happens every time. Anyone got any tips other than throw it slower? Thanks

seriously though, just lay it out. don't panic and pull your knees in that will make you backslap often

I had the same problem, try thinking about spotting the landing you have to really stretch your neck sometimes. Give it a try, it works for me.

Whenever I see someone do a backflip and they could be arching their head back but instead their chin is pinned to their chest it's not going to work out. You're not giving yourself enough time to make adjustments in the air. You can stomp the shit out of a back flip with unbelievable ease if you spot early.

Oh shit yeah you have that in the bag dude, just spot sooner and you'll naturally speed up or slow down as necessary. I like to arch my back/neck like someone else said and spot early as possible and then you're set

You just need to trust yourself more, you were feeling rushed but in reality you were all good

Flat drop backies are sketchy as fuck and he is pretty close to landing them. It seems unlikely that any little trick tip someone gives him on here will make that big of a difference as opposed to just more practice.
