Are sticking-out headphones dangerous while skiing?

So i got these new sport headphones which are really dope. I planned them for using while skiing (besides everyday use), but theres uno problemo. They stick out of the ear quite a lot and now i got this huge fear of falling on my head and headphones crushing into the center of my brain. Is it dangerous for my inner ear? Nah you'll be fine. Might be uncomfortable if you wear a helmet tho as the ear pads will push those against your ears.

Facemasks and hats can apply the same pressure and give the same discomfort. Speaking from experience.
