Bag O' Tricks opinions?

In some ways, they're not preaching what their teaching but at least they're contributing to skiing.

I've met him and his brother a few times. They're really nice guys, and basically the only skiers at their local hill. I respect what they're doing. If you think about it, traditional ski content could never have gotten them the following they have now. Nobody on youtube cares about actual edits

I think their channel is cool. The tutorials are kind of whack, but the videos about just going out and skiing are chill. If anyone wants tutorials they should go to ski addiction or stomp it tutorials.

They may not be the best skiers, but they seem pretty chill. I've personally learned a few tricks like 3s, blind 2s, and backflips from their tutorials.

just don’t watch their front 2 tutorial... its so missleading and he doesn’t land one clean in the entire thing. He figured it out though and is pretty good now.

I think that they are getting kids legitimately interested in the park. If they inspire a kid to hit a new box, rail or jump each day, they’ve done good

yeah most of their tutorials are fine and the edits are also cool but their front 2 one is more misleading than educating but i respect what they do

is it just me or this year did he just kind a go from barely getting f2s to drandomly doing a blind 6. He has certainly gotten better recently

i think he is quite cringe. just something about the guy. never used a single "trick tip video" to help me learn any skiing tricks. i feel like most tricks explain themselves. and i ski a lot with people that are better so they help me out if i need it.

This thread is awesome. I am Josh's (the main creator) brother Nick. We know we aren't pro or anything. It is me Josh and Dan. All 21-25 years old and in college. We ski a very small hometown mountain and there are rarely other freestyle skiers there. Chubz can back me on that. For me personally, I think its really cool that we get shoutouts from other skiers, pretty much at any mountain we go to. So many younger kids are so into park and say our channel got them into it. That is so rad.

Josh has progressed a lot in recent years for sure! Dan and I have had some serious injuries and don't go much over 360s and 270s anymore. I think we still have a good ass time at our small mountain Peekn Peak. There are never larger jumps here so our jump game is pretty whack! Like it or hate it, there are skiers at all levels watching the channel and many of who'm benefit from the trick tips.

For me personally, this channel and filming has brought joy into skiing again. I used to be so obsessed with progression and sometimes not having fun if I wasn't riding well. Focusing on fun and screwing around with your friends is what skiing is all about! Thank you again to all the subscribers and fans out there.

Went skiing for a few laps with them in Killington, my little bro was sooooo stoked on it. They're cool guys and their videos are cool because they're relatable for an average skier n shit. Only complaint is that in Killlington they could've lapped a bit faster haha.

Haha this is pretty dope to see a thread discussing my channel. We know we aren't pro and I don't think we've ever pretended to even be close to that level. We just enjoy making videos that help younger skiers/get them hyped to be in the park. I also am trying to inspire youth to ski for the right reasons.

Getting a following this large has been kind of shocking, and I don't think any of us expected it to turn into what it has. Also, I realize some of the trick tips aren't great, and they use old recycled clips. All of the tricks I've made videos on are tricks I'm 100% comfortable with, and I'll never make a trick tip on something I can rarely land.

But anyways, thanks for all the support! I'm not super active on NS these days but it's cool seeing some love from here. We'll continue to make videos and continue to try to bring some fun to the scene.

P.S. I'll be dropping a personal season edit this year

yo again just want to point out, im really not trying to hate. hope you guys don't take it the wrong way. just wanted to see the communities thoughts on your channel as obviously, most of your viewers are young and probably not on NS. Keep up the work tho!
