s.j.mitchellSure he’s really good at skiing, a great guy, and super stylish, but watching his games at the cup were kinda boring because he just set the same lines and tricks in every game. A great addition to slvsh cup this year but not that exciting to watch
chris.goodhuemaybe unpopular opinion: i think the barking is extremely obnoxious
Henrik is still a G tho
brotherdad“Set the lines and tricks you wish.”
Who cares if you’ve done it in past games? If you aren’t excited about a man (dog?) that can consistently land both way 6 on b2’s, then maybe you should consider a different sport. Women’s billiards maybe?
Maybe I’m barking up the wrong tree here, but all of this ruff criticism of him is getting old.
s.j.mitchellI’m not saying he’s a bad skier. His tricks are always super stylish and difficult but watching his games get old quickI saw plenty of new lines from all of his games. Most recent game with his carving up the wall ride to the nollie 1 or with the switch right six to forward that he even said he hadn't done before. I don't see how it's repetitive at all. Plus when he does the same rotations he always seems to change it up a little whether it's adding a different grab in or changing the direction he spins etc.

SaucedupAre you kidding me? No shit he is a good skier and guy. If watching fucking both way 6 ons bores you you should try another sport. Henrik is the most creative skier when it comes to tricks in comps etc. He may repeat curtain tricks but they’re all fucking insane, every game he also does tons of different creative fun to watch tricks from other games. Do you even know anything about skiing? Henrik is so different from most pro comp skiers and is way more creative and fun to watch.

like I’ve seen him do the walk ride stall Ao 1 to Ollie onto the down rail to double surface on the flat down to f2 into the tranny in pretty much all of his games. I don’t see many other guys repeating lines like that a lot.

Slim_KimIf you can't get stoked enough on skiing to bark, yelp, hoot, ect. than I feel bad for you. The man is simply that passionate about what he is doing.
MarkoMarkDon't crucify me, but his winning 4 on 4 out was really pretty sketch... If I was reffing, probably would've not called it. But then again, there was a trick or two that Quinn didn't land smooth too. No doubt he deserved to win, just would've liked to see a cleaner winning trick.
ColingarnesCRUCIFY THIS MOTHER F***ER!

.lenconWhat is dog spelt backwards?
There ya have it folks..
Billiards. You can call it that but I'm pretty convinced it's a nervous tick. No hate at all, if anyone could find something they love in life as much as Henrik loves skiing, the whole world would be a better place - seems like the best dude. Again though.. I'm convinced the bark is some sort of OCD/nervousness/superstition thing.

RacerGuyFastManI agree Henrik is kind of trash in the freestyle department, but I would love to see him race. With his big air experience henrick would excel in downhill. Give that boy some dynastar 186s and he would Steeze so hard. Kendrick for the World Cup.

SteezMcGeeEdoggo is an outerwear brand lol... copyright police where you at?
And yeah the barks are a little excessive IMO. This comes from someone who frequently barks, and was barking years before dollo was(Just a fact, not trying to make some claim or brag). Shoutout Mikeybizzz and all the gang from Mount St Louis, they know the proper amount of bark to no bark ratio.

I hope this is sarcasm.

s.j.mitchellIt didn’t make me totally despise the games he was in, it was just really noticeable
SaucedupThat’s one line which he still made different from the others. He hardly repeated any of his tricks at all especially in the final. It bullshit to say that’s all henrik does in the tournament. Even still I am pretty sure almost anyone who truely enjoys watching skiing could watch Henrik do the same tricks all day, they’re all fucking insane and are super fucking clean. Henrik went off in the finals with Quinn and only tried one trick he did previously and fell. Henrik is one of the more entertaining skiers to watch even if he was doing the same tricks, end of story.
