I'm enrolling at psu or wvu for aerospace engineering and I'm having a tough time making a decision. I liked psu a little bit more but WVU gave me over half my tuition cost in scholarships so they're about even in my eyes right now. Any pros and cons of both universities would be appreciated. I'm not even talking about skiing just both colleges in general, thanks.
