Where to mount arv86

Im looking to buy some arv86s for next season (163) Mainly gonna be using them for park, Where should i mount?

centre mount. if you're sliding rails, this puts the rail directly beneath your boot/centre of mass. also, it makes an even weight distribution when you spin.

I know this years arv86 has a factory line that is centred on the ski that should make it easy as to mount.

id say recommended if you have to ask. i don't mean that in a dick way, it's just that center mounting IMO is only something you should do if you know what it does to the ski and you want that in exchange for a little carving and soft snow performance

I have arv 84s and I have them mounted center. You should mount them center if you want to ski park. I also ski all mountian on them just fine.

I cant tell if you didnt get the joke or not. DO NOT mount 2 inches from the tail. If you dont understand that i dont think you should venture into the park

I've been skiing the ARV 86 this season, and I've really enjoyed it. I went with center mount (the recommended mounting point), and I enjoyed how it rode for me. I found it easy to butter on as well. I hadn't ridden a center mounted ski before, and trying it definitely made me a better skier.

Dont ever mount true center if the sidecut of the ski is meant to mount a couple inches back. You're better off doing recommended center line because most companies mark "center" as the furthest forward you should mount before the sidecut goes against your favor, unless you have a truly symmetrical ski. I've mounted a park ski that wasnt perfectly symmetrical at "true center" which was in front of the recommended sidecut center and it was a lesson learned.

Also unless you're skiing switch as much as you ski forwards you have no reason to center mount.
