Smith Warranty

Has anyone else had problems with Smith Warranty? They said they shipped my replacement goggles 5 weeks ago and ive now been goggle-less since. Just crazy in my opinion how they could take that long and the approved Smith dealer that did my warranty claim doesn't have the slightest clue where they are either; No tracking number, no nothing.

Have your shop call smith while youre there. Shouldn't take more than 15 mins.

Update: Goggles arrived a little more than 6 weeks since my goggles were shipped. No explanation to why the long delay. No reply from smith either.

That's too bad. They used to be the best in the business. Life time warranty.....

My warranty took about 3 weeks to me sending it in to getting it back. Guess every company has occasional issues
