Newschoolers videos won't play correctly

This only happens with videos directly uploaded to ns, vimeo and youtube embeds are fine. I will literally let it load for 10 minutes and come back and after a few seconds of playing fine it will be very choppy and stop loading. This has nothing to do with my internet because everything else loads and plays fine. Any solutions?

Definitely a problem with ns, not us. It was tolerable for a while but it got so much worse recently

I clicked on the video and after that worked i watched another ns uploaded video and it's back to normal. I have no clue why it started working again but I'm not complaining lol, if I have any problems again in the future I'll come back to this thread.
