I have a similar problem, and my friends have told me that the takeoff is slightly less flippy? I still can't do it but maybe that will help

the first half of the rotation feels very similar, but when you first spot your landing, you have to start the last 180 about there. don't wait til the end. and you shouldn't have to throw it much harder, as long as your able to float the rode 5. once you see the landing when your body is still 'corked' try to bring your shoulders and upper body around to the seven.

Tried rod 5 mute a month ago and it tossed me into a 7, never tried it after but might, I hear it's easier to just take it to 9.
