If you mean the spring that operates the brake portion, just push it back in somehow but it’s hard depending on the binding. If you’re talking about the internal one then good luck lol not even sure how that could come out.

Stating what binding would help and if it were the heel, toe, brake spring. If its the heel or toe piece spring, that is used for the retention and you should definitely not try to just put it back. If its a new binding, take it to a shop and they should be able to warranty it. I wouldnt recommend skiing the skis with broken bindings right now.
