Woke up this morning checked the forecast and instantly had to change my drawers, 7 springs is supposed to get snow every day Tuesday through Sunday. If this keeps up our season might go a lot longer than we previously thought, tbh I would sacrifice my left nut to be skiing in April. Also there’s no point to this thread I’m just stoked, thanks for letting me waste 30 seconds of your lives.
Snowbird today was absolutely epic if you got up early. The road up was a complete shitshow and there were no lines on a waist deep powder day, some places it was chest deep. Got first tracks on pearly gates which is becoming my favorite run at the bird.

Gaaah just want resort work szn to end already just in time to enjoy springtime at the bird late March thru April. Can't sleep on spring, definitely some of the most insane skiing

But Springs will only be open for like 3 more weekends. Then the meltdown. But at least we might get a rebuild of the beard in that time.

This weekend and next will definitely be like mid-January conditions, and if it doesn’t rain too bad I could see them squeezing out another 2 weeks of regular skiing before the meltdown.

The problem is at a certain point they will just be wasting money keeping the resort open later into the season. Conditions do look bomb this weekend, maybe Gunar will be open/worth poaching.

Truth, and Bob Nutting is the stingiest motherfucker on the planet so you know they're gonna cut it short to save whatever money they can. I will definitely be poaching everything to the right of the north face if there's ample snow this weekend, can't miss out on a March pow day in southwest PA.
