Mountains with best side hits/playful terrain

I was at Targhee in january and they have some super rad wind lips, and Steamboat has super sick cat track gaps...anyone have a particular experience with resorts like this?

Alta has some sweet jumps. You can make wildcat a park lap basically. Brighton is great too. Fun stuff in milly cliffs.

Where are some of the wind lips at Targhee? Gonna be there for just one day and wanna make the most out of it

Right under the main lift there is a natural halfpipe that offers some of the best hotlaps I've ever had, there's a cornice to skiers right off the main lip that offers heavy send, and the catrack over to the Sacajawea lift is also pretty fun...other than that I only had one day and didn't explore as much as I could have with more time

There are several right under dream catcher, and a really nice one off of marys. Sac and blackfoot also have a bunch. When you gonna be there dude?

if ski bowl on mt hood got more snow all the time, and their lifts didnt suck I would def be there everyday, their hill is small enough to get those good laps in, the terrain is WICKED! like said, new chair and higher elevation would make a world of difference, you can still have fun without that though it just takes longer.

Thanks for the info man. I'll most likely be there March 13 if not it'll be the 14 or the 15. I'd definitely be down to shred with ya if it works out.

This week we got prelims on Thursday and finals on Sunday. The comp is awesome, if your not a Tele skier it's always fun to watch people throw down their meet with half a binding. Would recommend checking it out its a bunch of fun.

Damn, I'm leaving on Saturday and it's a 23 hour drive. Might be able to catch finals on Sunday.

Snowbird, however watch out for the gapers. They are some of the gapiest out of town floozies I have ever seen at any mountain. I once had a kid look at me hit Peruvian cattrack and purposefully turned into my run out as if he was going to give me a high five. Almost ended his life and ended up doing a revert to switch around him at 40-50 mph before falling into a sidespin. Ironically, the snowpack being low has led to many of the cattrack and sidehits being a lot bigger, and since I ski on weekends I'm not complaining.

revy has some but some of them take balls and a good eye to line up forsure.
