Replying to Snapped ski- what do I do?

I was skiing today and I noticed that one of my skis was feeling a little off so I took it off and noticed that it was snapped right under the back heal plate( I'll post pic when I get home) of my fks 140's, the top sheet was also coming off and the binding was starting to come out. My question is what do I do? Was it a faulty pair of skis/ could I warranty them (disclaimer: I bought last years model off another website) was it the shop who mounted them's fault? Aside from a few tomsheet chips and edge cracks(a couple small parts where edge was out) the skis were fine, I do enjoy nollies and nose butters but i don't think it would have been hard enough to do that. Any help/ advice is appreciated.
