shitty “flat” 3s and a bunch of shots filmed with a tripod from the same angle and on the same feature in a row. just a personal thing tho i get not everyone has friends who are nice enough to film you for hours on end.

Had an NS account back in the day on my college email; and got back into skiing 2 seasons ago after not skiing for about 7 years.

... I don't have a pet peeve about poles but I did stop using them - I like having open hands. And I do like watching skiing without poles.

When it's longer than 5 minutes it's gonna be really hard to keep me engaged and not click away. Also when there's no skiing for the first 1-2 minutes. I'm all for artistic edits but in this day and age, I think it's way more engaging to just have your main content as soon as possible.

It can work though. Look at the seeking nirvana edits for example. They are often mixed with surfing, snowboarding, and traveling but they’re still interesting.
