i tore a ligament in my thumb and chipped the bone...and i chipped two teeth...it sucks....soooooo bad

you wouldnt hurt your thumb if you learned how to carry a pole. either dont use straps or hold it so that the strap is between you and the pole so that when they get hit they just get pulled off your hand
