Does anyone have CAD files for rails/boxes?

Or any kind of plans/schematics really. Trying to build a flat rail, a box, and a flat down flat or down flat down for my backyard. Otherwise I can just make them myself but I'm not that fluent with FreeCAD and I can't use AutoCAD or SWs because I only use Linux these days and it's going to take a while.

Or if anyone is in Wisconsin and wants to sell me one hmu.

Nah I don't really need it, I just wanted to play around with the file to get some different ideas tbh. Also makes buying the wood a lot easier.

Google sketchup is pretty easy, free, and about as technical as you need building a box.

Like I said, I only use Linux. Looks like that's Windows based software. I'll just try to learn FreeCAD. Shouldn't take too long for how simple of a project this is. Thanks for trying to help though, I appreciate it.

Why not just draw up a blueprint? Pretty simple way to get an idea of materials, it isn't like you are doing something complex.

Because I’m a nerd and this was an excuse for me to play with CAD without starting from scratch. Never mind this post though I have it figured out.

Why not just use a pencil and paper? It's a rail. You can't fuck it up.

True but I’m trying to switch completely to GNU when I can lmao. And I know I can’t mess it up on paper I just wanted to play around.

Well shit. Yeah I don't know shit about computers or what works with linux. I can build a rail and a box, but I 'm about as sick with a computer as your grandma.
