hmmm...i like last years more...the crazy design worked well but this is pretty sweet too. he seems to 1-up the artwork every year

yes, those are sidewalls...the construction is quite similar to a snowboard. it's a pretty fun ski. built specifically for backcountry freestyle. pretty soft and much much different than last year's pollard. i'm pretty sure it's only a 172, but the width makes it feel a bit longer. the sidewalls make the ski carve very easily.

and i rode them a week and a half ago. the side wall doesnt taper off. so they are built pretty much exactly like the sidewall. they are called the elizabeth and the rep said that every eric pollard promodel has a name to it. and this one is called the elizabeth.

The name of the ski is 'Elizabeth by Eric Pollard', it's his promodel ski, it comes in a 172 only, it is 110 in the waist, Eric rides it in the park.

The first EP pro was called The Fall Line, and last year's was called Soul Rebel. All three are EP Pros, but each has a name. Don't ask me why Elizabeth, it's just what Eric wanted.

To whoever said fat skis should only be used in pow and not on the east coast has it all wrong! Fat skis are not just for powder anymore. I bring my Pistols out over my PEs pretty much no matter the conditions. Enough with this preconception that fat skis shouldn't be skiied in the east.
