BigPurpleSkiSuitCorrect me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't the switch skiing form be much more aerodynamic than regular skiing form? So perhaps skiing switch will be the progression we see in GS races 20 years from now?
LukeTheWaffle300iq. For that to work you would have to get a specifically designed ski or binding to be controller better with your heel, or mount you bindings backwards, and then sight would be an issue, and there's an issue with looking more retarded than racers already do. Plus then in super g and downhill they would do the worst unstyled zero spins ever which I'm p sure is a fellony
BigPurpleSkiSuitOr just attach a mirror to the front of your helmet on either side
LukeTheWaffleThat's fukin awesome! How'd ya do?
TRVP_ANGELyo i heardthat racers shave all their body hair so their suit is tighter n they achieve faster speed. is this true?
skiguy04Rails?
theabortionatorOne of the seasons I was still east like 8 years ago I worked the races at the mountain once a week to get out of the park. Started as a favor because they were scarmblin to find someone to cover. Ended up working the start gate for the weekly races and some of the actual events. Was pretty fun.
We had some beef with the racers at one mountain because they would come fuck things up in the park. And they were sort of untouchable. They were always fine, park kids were always wrong kinda situation. They tried to setup a slalom course down the park in 05ish in Gorey Gully. I think we ran them out by snowball fight or ripping down gates. Other than that no problems with racers. Also plenty of dope skiers were racers. There are too many park skiers than can't fucking make good turns but can spin on and off rails. That's all good, but at some point I feel like you should learn how to actually ski.
