watch a tutorial on youtube.
Also, make sure you get the rotation comfortable both ways to free your muscles up on both sides (and avoid wrenching anything).
when you are on your knees taking it to the ass, just look back over each shoulder every 5 min. The impact of the thrust should loosen the muscles up real good
