I Hitted a Rock Today

So I hit some rocks today and surprised this is all that happened. It's definitely all the way through the base material just enough to scratch the graphic. My question, is could/should I ski on these for 3 more days before I travel home where I can fix it myself. Just worried about water is all.



Also could someone post the link to the base repair thread? I couldn't find it but have seen it before.

I'd take it in for a base weld and grind. Bring the shop guys some beer and they'll hook it up. Not worth ruining your skis

just ptex it. It will probably hold.

Yeah I will, but I'm out of town, so it's either ski for 3 days on it or take it to a shop

If you take a razor blade and clean up the edges, Ptex may hold for those 3 days until you can get home. Better than nothing
