Anyone wanna ride?

Was at Baker last March! The cabins in Glacier are closest and good enough, thats where I stayed. If you have the time/gear venture into Swift Creek for some good backcountry laps. Bellingham is a good town to go into to get food and feel civilized. Only one dispensary in glacier that is pretty good, but the dank dispensaries/breweries are back in Bellingham. On a sunny day Mt. Shuksan will blow ya away!

I was just there last weekend and the snow was amazing but it was raining the whole time so watch out for rising temps... I would definitely recommend still skiing so probably buy a heavy duty poncho to toss over your stuff and you will have an awesome time.

We stayed at an Airbnb in glacier and skied friday/saturday then went on a super dope hike just around the general area on sunday (as well as watched the super bowl).

Chair 9 Pizza and Bar has super good food and is very close to glacier but for sure grab all of your groceries before you head to glacier.

Get the breakfast burrito at Mount Baker lodge! They serve them every morning around 9 and are suuuppppeeer good, definitely worth the $6 I think they cost.

Other then that just have a good time and make it over to Chair 1, if the under rope stuff is open just duck the rope and go ski that terrain because it is super cool.

thanks for all the info. I'm pretty kitted out with goretex so I'm okay with the rain, just hoping the warm temps fade out and bring some snow while I'm there! Were staying in one of the snowline condos. Anyone have any must hit chutes, drops or runs?

Im doing a lil road trip out of Seattle up to Whistler wed-friday, staying in vancouver friday-sunday and driving to baker for a day and driving back down to Seattle that night. Look for 2 skiers and a boarder. ill be in a hunter green patagonia and lime green pants with Line Mordecais.

Chairs 1 and 6 have the most fun terrain in my opinion. Tons of side/backcountry opportunity on the shuksan arm and around table mountain if you're into that. Also hit up the Wake n Bakery (not a dispensary) in Glacier for dank cookies and pastries

Just hope you have the Gore-tex PRO stuff, regular gore-tex still gets soaked.

Like .nasty said you gotta bring a poncho or something. I was skiing with a poncho in downpour two weeks ago and it saved me even with goretex gear. A long sleeve poncho is a must have and the lifties dig it. I’d rather look like a fool and have a good ass day than freeze my ass off in the lodge all day with wet gear.
