What happend to Inspired media???

This might be old news but I just read on inspired movement that "Inspired Media Concepts operated from 2010 through 2016" I'm curious what happened? did the company just transform to inspired movement? also sorry for being such a noob

not sure but my guess was trying to be a record label and video production company at same time was not financially sustainable.
